Mystic Leads Spiritual Retreat in Mt. Shasta: June 15 to 22 at Stewart Mineral Springs in Northern California

Eileen O’Hare

Eileen O’Hare, a mystic, healer and spiritual teacher, will lead a retreat at Stewart Mineral Springs in Northern California June 15 to 22. Stewart Mineral Springs is a retreat center in the foothills of Mt. Shasta, often called the most sacred mountain in North America. O’Hare says the retreat site is “a potent place of power and light” at a confluence of masculine and feminine mineral springs. Participants will visit sacred and powerful sites in order to work on behalf of the harmonization of the world.

“I have a deep personal relationship with the world of living energies in that area,” she says. “Mt. Shasta is associated with the ascended masters and beings of higher intelligence, as well as portals and gateways to other dimensions. Its healing medicine is palpable. A pilgrimage to Shasta can be life-changing, and the power there makes spiritual connectivity easier. I’ve had some of my most profound spiritual experiences there.”

The retreat will include daily trips to the mountain, rivers, lakes and sites that are considered powerful portals. It will also include a world service ceremony. “We’ll experience transmissions from saints and angels, stars and work with our ancestral realms. Cleansing mineral springs, massage, prayer, meditation, chanting, healing, laughing, dancing, hiking, swimming, sweat lodge and daily circle work are part of this weeklong spiritual journey. It’s about balance and beauty. Deep quiet and rest. Healing and prayer for ourselves, our communities and our world.”

O’Hare leads a spiritual healing community in Beacon and offers private healing sessions and shamanic classes and retreats out of her home, the Healing House. She has been making sacred pilgrimages to Mt. Shasta since 2004. Participants in last year’s retreat found the experience “transcendent and transformational,” she says.
