Life Coach Joins Center for Health and Healing: "I offer proven insights, tools and techniques that foster personal growth in a profound and holistic manner.”

Jane Silverman

Jane Silverman, a positive psychology life coach, has joined the Center For Health and Heal ing in Mount Kisco, bringing the holistic focus nicknamed SPIRE (spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational, emotional) to life coaching. “SPIRE is the whole-being approach to helping people achieve optimal levels of happiness and the ability to fully thrive, which is the mainstay of positive psychology,” she says. “As a positive psychology life coach, I offer proven insights, tools and techniques that foster personal growth in a profound and holistic manner.”

Silverman has many years in the field of counseling. She has a master’s degree in counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and certification in positive psychology from the Wholebeing Institute. She is also a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and has had a regular daily meditation practice for more than 25 years.

She was connected to the Center for Health and Healing by Kurt Beil, a naturopathic doctor, licensed acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner. The center is owned by Melanie Ryan, and her husband, Andy Steigmeier. “Together they have chosen a group of varied practitioners whose practices are all based from a holistic perspective, and as a result created a wonderful center for healing. For me, it is a perfect fit,” Silverman says.

The Center for Health and Healing is located at 4 Smith Ave., Mt. Kisco, NY. For more information, contact Silverman at 914.263.7080 or [email protected], or visit JaneSilvermanLife-Coach.com or Center4Healing.net.
