Rev Cycle Studio Opens in Ardsley: Designed to welcome and energize riders of all experience levels

Mary O’Connor

The new Rev Cycle Studio in downtown Ardsley is designed to welcome and energize riders of all experience levels, says its owner, Mary O’Connor.

“Rev combines today’s best music with a highenergy boutique cycle experience,” she says. “The music, atmosphere and instructors create a motivating and community feel in the modern studio. We do ride to the beat at Rev, but for the competitive at heart, we have the Fit Metrix leaderboard. Most of our classes do have our leaderboard screen, which you can choose whether or not to partake in. Either way, your stats will be emailed to you at the end of class for you to track your progress.”

O’Connor says Rev’s instructors are some of New York’s best. “All are either Schwinn or Mad Dogg certified, along with other certifications, such as NASM. While they also have their own unique style and playlists, which make each class a new experience, they all ride to the beat.” And there’s an instructor for everyone, she adds. “Marianne offers a great structured ride for beginners, where Lucci or Michael will push you past your comfort zone. We have added a new Rhythm and Core fusion class, which gets you off the bike for 20 minutes of core.”

Classes are offered from 5:45 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and new Revelers pay $10 for their first class.

Rev Cycle Studio is located at 692 Saw Mill River Rd., Ardsley, NY. For more info, call 914.478.7746 or visit RevCycle.co.
