“Blood Detective” Hosts Free Breakfast and Nutritional Session: November 11, from 9 a.m. to noon

Dr. Michael Wald, host of “Ask the Blood Detective” on internet radio station prn.fm, is hosting a free healthy breakfast and informational gathering, Feed Your Belly and Your Brain, on November 11, from 9 a.m. to noon, at 86 Smith Avenue in Mount Kisco (parking is located behind the building).

Dr. Wald, a chiropractor, dietician and nutritionist known as “The Blood Detective,” will discuss the importance of mindful eating, over a meal of gluten-free waffles with organic syrup and whipped cream, mixed berries, organic coffee or tea and a vegetable or fruit smoothie. While there’s no charge to attend, seating is limited and reservations are required. RSVP by messaging Wald on his Facebook page, located at IntegratedNutritionNY.com.

The event is part of Wald’s Masters Holistic Health Series, focused on natural and nutrition-based approaches to health and wellness. Other upcoming sessions—all evening presentations—include The Best Way to Eat (November 7); Malabsorption and Inflammation (November 14); Speed and Strength Enhancement (November 16); Cancer and Autoimmune Disease (November 21); Memory, Energy and Anti-Aging (November 28); Muscle Mass and Fat Burning Secrets for Athletes and Martial Artists (November 30); and Breast Cancer: Oxidative Therapies, Hyperbaric and Topical Nutrition (December 5).

All evening presentations will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Mount Kisco location except for the November 16 and 30 presentations, which will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. at Marti Martial Arts Academy, 118 Route 117, Bypass Road, in Bedford Hills.
