Dr. Michael Wald, “The BloodDetective,” has opened a new office at 20 Sunderland Lane, in Katonah. This is the second location for Wald, who also practices in Mount Kisco. He will host a grand opening event at the new office on October 26, from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m.

A doctor of chiropractic, Wald is also a dietician, doctor of nutrition, clinical nutritionist, nutritional specialist and sports nutritionist. Through his practice, he offers advanced biomarker lab testing and evaluations, including metabolic tests, neuro-adrenal testing, radiation-free bone density screening, cardiovascular-age hardness testing and normo-hyperbaric therapy. He says adding a second location will allow him to expand his work on the cutting edge of natural health.

In addition to his clinical work, Wald has written books on natural health, such as The Anti-Aging Encyclopedia of Blood Tests and Frankenfoods: GMO Dangers, and hosts Ask The BloodDetective, which airs Saturdays at 1 p.m. on PRN.FM.com.

The grand opening event will include vegetarian/vegan food samples and cooking demonstrations; brief presentations by Wald on various health-related topics; tours of Wald’s rehab pool, hyperbaric chambers, on-site lab and full fitness facility; and presentations on other healing modalities.
