Network Spinal Analysis Presentation in Mount Kisco : October 27, from 2 to 4 p.m.

Dr. Lawrence Stern

Lawrence Stern, DC, will present an introduction to Network Spinal Analysis on October 27, from 2 to 4 p.m., at The Center for Health and Healing, in Mount Kisco. Stern, an advanced certified NSA practitioner, has been a chiropractor for more than 30 years.

“Attendees will gain an understanding of how stored stress and trauma in our spine often results in disorders of the nervous system, including backaches, head or neck aches, or emotional imbalances such as anxiety, PTSD or depression,” Stern says. “Attendees will also have an opportunity to experience an NSA mini-session.”

Donald Epstein, DC, developed the NSA healing system in the 1980s, Stern says. “Dr. Epstein discovered that through gentle, precise contacts to the spine, patterns of stored stress and tension can be unlocked and reset, liberating negative neurological habit patterns and freeing up bound energy, allowing for greater brain-body connection.” The patient experiences no twisting, cracking or popping, as happens in traditional chiropractic care.

“During an NSA entrainment session, two unique healing waves develop, providing greater levels of nervous system organization,” Stern says. “This enables the body to become more resourceful in handling stress and tension. NSA entrainments can also enhance our ability to generate deeper breathing and automatic movements which help the spine and nervous system correct misalignments, dissipate tension, increase circulation, strengthen energy flow and promote physical and emotional healing.”
