Janet Alona Catalina will lead a Pulse workshop, which focuses on mindfulness and empowerment, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 2, at the Mariandale Center, in Ossining.

“Pulse is an easy-to-learn, fun-to-do technique that empowers people to create what they want in their life, whether that’s a new direction in their career, a life partner, more abundance, better health or simply to become free of debts,” Catalina says. “In this workshop, I will teach people how to Pulse and will guide them in this complete step-by-step process, which helps people not only to create more of what they desire in their life, but also to release what has blocked them up to now.”

Catalina, who has a master’s degree in social work, has been leading Pulse workshops and retreats in the tri-state area since 2005, when she co-developed the technique and introduced it at the Wainwright House, in Rye.

Cost: $95 (includes lunch). Location: Mariandale Center, 251 Highland Ave., Ossining, NY. For questions or to register, email [email protected] or visit Mariandale.org. For more info about the Pulse technique, visit PULSE MANIFESTATION & EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOP - Mahopac, NY.
