The Awaken Wellness Fair will return to its home base, the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on November 24. This “body-mind-spirit-green expo” features an assortment of vendors offering various products and services to support a healthy lifestyle, from essential oils, to chiropractic doctors, to nutritional supplements and organic cleaning products. 

“Of course the best vendors of healing crystals and jewelry will be there too, offering love-focused rose quartz, healing turquoise, serenity-inducing amethyst and all the others, both as loose stones and embedded in handmade jewelry,” says Paula Caracappa, the event’s founder and director.  

Three rooms at the event will be devoted to expert speakers discussing how to “awaken to your best self.” The presentations are offered all day at no extra charge. Topics range from “Vanquishing Stress: Tools to Enhance Your Health, Personal Growth and Transform Your Life,” to “Transmission Meditation: A World Service,” to “Master Soul Transformation Energy Workshop.”

Intuitive readers and holistic healers will be “a huge part of the show. This group offers insight through tarot reading, mediumship, angel reading, pet readings and other psychic readings, for entertainment purposes only,” Caracappa says. “There will also be gifted healers who practice a variety of energy healing modalities, including Reiki.
