“The salad has many iterations,” Berman says. “It’s available with parmesan, with salmon, with chicken (with or without parmesan), or vegan. We serve it with a lemon vinaigrette or a balsamic vinaigrette, and we offer it in individual or family size.”

While they’re working hard to meet the unexpected demand, they have a full menu of other organic, fresh-made options to choose from, she says.

“BeWies has become a go-to spot in Westchester for people who want a healthy meal or snack made to order,” she notes. “In addition to juices, smoothies, salads, wraps and acai bowls, we also sell a variety of baked treats that are gluten free, nut free and vegan.”
