Medical intuitive, energy healer and holistic physical therapist Bernadette Bloom will teach an introductory class, Energy Medicine for the 21st Century Part 1, from 9:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on November 15. The course will be offered in person in Chappaqua as well as virtually via Zoom.

According to Bloom, students will learn to bring balance and ease to the body, mind and spirit via the electromagnetic field, also called the aura, using high-vibrational energy healing techniques from Tibet. Among the topics covered will be how the chakra system influences us mentally, emotionally and physically, and how to sense the energy field and correct imbalances in yourself and others. This class is open to everyone.

In her private practice, Bloom offers energy healing, ThetaHealing, Reiki, holistic physical therapy and cranial fluid dynamics services in person in Chappaqua and long distance by phone, Zoom, Skype or Facetime. She is also president of the nonprofit JJ Esoteric Foundation and the founder of Center for Aligned Healing.
