Dr. Michael Wald, the supervisor of Integrated Nutrition of Mount Kisco, is now offering holistic combination therapies for chronic and complex health problems. Wald focuses on women’s issues such as hormonal imbalance; gastrointestinal, neurological and energy problems; weight loss; and overall disease care and prevention.

His combination therapies employ various methods and technologies, including hyperbaric therapy, infrared sauna, condition-specific detoxification programs, extensive laboratory testing, sonographic (radiation-free) bone density imaging, and biological-age assessment (and treatment) of the cardiovascular system. He uses Blood Detective, his original computer software system, to suggest personalized food and nutritional supplements.

Wald has written more than 10 books on health, including Frankenfoods: GMO Controversy, Lies and Your Health; The Anti-Aging Encyclopedia of Tests and Natural Treatments; Blood Lab Test Descriptions and Cancer Markers; and Food Plans and Recipes for the Clinical Nutrition Practice. He is a licensed dietician, certified nutrition specialist, certified clinical nutritionist, double-certified sports nutritionist and certified trainer. He earned a master’s degree in human nutrition, a doctor of medicine degree, a chiropractic degree and doctorates in philosophy and nutrition.
