Aromatherapist Alina Rinato, owner of Rinato Family Essentials, and the Hudson Valley Wellness Collective, a local community group, are hosting Essential Oils For Beginners from 1 to 3 p.m., January 29, 2023, at the Hudson Valley Healing Center. This event is part of their ongoing series of free monthly meetings, meant to encourage the safe and beneficial use of therapeutic-grade essential oils as natural wellness options for children, adults and seniors.

“Our monthly events include things such as sampling, hands-on learning, lectures, free biofeedback scans and refreshments,” shares Rinato who has been working with essential oils for the past 13 years. “Anyone interested in learning how essential oils can support wellness would benefit from attending.”

The Collective hopes their meetings will continue to bring together like-minded people, fostering a sense of community. It is an opportunity for participants to learn from each other and discover new and helpful ways to use essential oils as natural wellness solutions.
