Westchester Expo Fosters Healthy Vibes
The second annual Health
Vibes Only! Westchester Expo will be
held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., March 25, 2023, at the St. Gabriel’s Church
gymnasium. This day of interactive activities, health services and wellness
education is designed for the entire family. There will be health and wellness
professionals in a variety of disciplines such as mental health, massage,
nutrition, yoga, bodywork, fitness and more.
The purpose of the expo is to bring together health and wellness professionals to encourage health and wellness across Westchester County and New York, while also educating the public on how to live an all-around healthier lifestyle. The goal is to provide resources for the community to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Last year's sponsors included Natural Awakenings magazine,
AntiGravity Tumbling, Breakthrough Fit Co., Spectrum Designs
and Coffee Labs Roasters. Sponsors for this year’s event are being welcomed now.
