Health-Balanced Fitness Offers Something for Every Body
Health-Balanced Fitness, a boutique-style studio with a
beautiful view of Lake Mahopac, offers one-on-one or partner personal training
sessions, nutrition consultations and intimate group classes in person and
online via Zoom. Upcoming events include a Restorative Yoga Workshop, in March;
a Fall Prevention workshop, in April; and an Open House event at the studio,
planned for May.
Agi Kadar,
studio owner, personal trainer and functional nutritional practitioner, is
certified in several fitness and nutrition modalities and has years of
experience working with adults of different ages and abilities. She is also the
published author of three fitness books. Kadar teaches Strength Training,
Stretch and Renew and Cardio Conditioning classes. She offers a complimentary
consultation for new clients to find the best path for their health and fitness
journey.
Elena Remais, a
certified Pilates and yoga instructor, teaches Mat Pilates, Yoga Flow and Chair
Yoga. She specializes in strengthening the core and improving balance. Her
small classes offer a more personal experience and she is able to give special
attention to each participant’s needs to provide a safe, effective and
enjoyable workout.
Kadar opened
the studio in September 2021 offering personal training. By June 2022, Remais
joined, and they added classes. Kadar and Remais are experts in improving
balance and strength to prevent falls and injuries, and developed a unique Fall
Prevention Workshop for all levels and needs.
