White Lotus Grace (WLG) and White Lotus Ballet (WLB), in Millbrook, will hold a Day of Healing, Dance and Nature on September 10, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Attendees of the free event will have the opportunity to meet Gigi Oppenheimer, owner, intuitive healing facilitator and dance teacher; explore the beautiful grounds; and experience an assortment of services. Guests are welcome to attend any or all portions of the day and are requested to contact Oppenheimer in advance to reserve space.

“A Day of Healing, Dance and Nature offers an opportunity to receive soul-deep peace, wellness, creativity and connectivity while getting to know the healing and dance resources available at White Lotus Grace and White Lotus Ballet,” shares Oppenheimer.

The day will begin with an opportunity to dance, view and sample lesson content in ballet, creative movement, stretching and/or healing dance from 11 a.m. to noon. There will be various forms of meditation between 1 and 2 p.m., and from 2 to 3 p.m., Oppenheimer will share the ways in which WLG facilitates personal healing and spiritual transformation, including experiences to move through grief, calm anxiety, and feel forgiveness, which are September workshop themes. The day will then culminate in connecting with nature, an introduction to bhakti yoga and a campfire kirtan.
