Expression Dance and Wellness will be up and running soon at 2141 Crompond Road, in Cortlandt Manor. The center is slated to offer group dance, yoga and movement classes for all ages; mindfulness workshops; and social, emotional learning strategies for school-age children. Once the business’ build out is complete, a grand opening event with free classes and refreshments will be scheduled. Those interested in the center’s offerings and timeline of its opening day are encouraged to stay tuned on their website and social media for updates.

“Trial classes will be offered to start, and we plan to have a Spring Dance Showcase as well as a kids’ performance company,” shares owner Christine Grafer Ferreira, a former professional dancer, certified school counselor, yoga instructor and dance teacher. “We will also be offering special needs classes by request in dance or yoga.”
