Unique Wellness and Personal-Growth Opportunities Abound at Omega

The Omega Institute, a
nonprofit, donor-supported, educational organization at the forefront of
holistic studies, offers a wide variety of workshops, retreats, conferences and
professional trainings, both in person at their sprawling 250-acre campus in Rhinebeck
as well as online.
Upcoming
retreat opportunities include: Transformational Soul Care—from September 8
through 10, 2023. with Amina Naru and Pamela Stokes Eggleston—a chance for
participants to recharge their spirit and nurture their soul; and Embody the
Five Phases of Chinese Medicine to Nourish Life—from September 8 through 15,
with Jiling Lin—during which participants will embody the five phases through
nature, art, movement and ritual.
Omega also offers Rest and Rejuvenation
(R&R) retreats from June through October that include meals; use of campus
amenities; and optional activities, including daily yoga, meditation and tai
chi classes. R&R guests (and the general public) can book services like
massage, facials and energy work at the newly renovated Omega Wellness Center.
