Quinoa Morning Bowl

1 cup cooked quinoa (can combine some oats as well)
¼ cup coconut or oat milk
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
½ banana, sliced
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A splash of pure Madagascar vanilla
Optional: 1 scoop collagen powder (plant-based if available)
A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
1. Warm cooked quinoa with coconut or oat milk. Add collagen.
2. Top with sunflower seeds, banana slices and cinnamon.
3. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and MCT oil.
Note: You can play with it and also try adding in some cacao nibs and blueberries.
