Coach and trainer Brett Cotter, founder of Stress Is Gone, has been helping people for over 25 years recover from trauma and break free from anxiety, overwhelm and emotional pain. His coaching, tools and meditations help to bring peace to the past and allow happiness to flow through all aspects of his clients’ lives. The Stress Is Gone Method helps release emotional energy stored in traumatic memories which helps let go of stress from the source.

Through group work, one-to-one coaching, music, movement and meditation, a retreat with Cotter guides participants to swiftly release emotional pain and trauma in a safe group environment. He also offers breakthrough coaching sessions outside of the retreat setting. The Stress Is Gone Membership delivers 24/7 aftercare to clients as well.
For individuals that feel called to help others quickly heal emotional pain and the suffering of trauma, Cotter is teaching a three-month certification program to become an Intuitive Trauma Recovery Coach from September 9 through December 12 via Zoom. In this program, Cotter helps trainees hone their clinician intuition, teaches eight life-saving transformational tools and offers expert insights about creating a successful coaching practice.
