Every week, women are gathering and growing together in small circles at White Lotus Grace in Millbrook, says Gigi Oppenheimer, owner of the spiritual healing arts and dance sanctuary. An open circle meets there on Thursdays at 11 a.m., and private ones gather on other days throughout the week. Additional scheduling is available upon request.

“Each woman comes in with her own story to share and journey to move through,” says Oppenheimer, an intuitive healer, dancer and teacher, and the author of Grace, Moving in Divine Alignment. “There’s always a common thread that connects us and our individual needs that day. The women spend time hearing and supporting one another, and then I intuitively guide a healing dance practice centered on the element of self-care collectively desired. The combination of interpersonal connection, movement and creativity is profoundly nourishing for the feminine body, mind and spirit.”


Christine Cizek, who has been a participant for the past year, says, “Paying attention and consciously attending to the magical flow of moments in our lives is a special way to connect us individually and communally.”

Each session runs approximately an hour and a half. The fee is $25 per session or $112 for five.
