Sweet Harvest Superfood Café, with a flagship store at 82 Main Street, in Cold Spring, is planning to add another location at 2701 Main Street, in Wappingers Falls, on June 1 (2023). Additional expansion includes a Splashdown Beach location, in Fishkill, coming after Memorial Day (2023), and a West Point Military Academy location in the works for a potential summer opening.

Owner and operator Tara Sweet Flagler says, “We are gluten-free, offering smoothies, salads and wraps, smoothie bowls, coffee and tea, vegan baked goods, specialty iced drinks, fresh-squeezed lemonade, Boba tea, iced coffee and cold brew, almond palmers and Brooklyn egg creams, vegan ice cream, shakes, sundaes, gelato and sorbet. What’s great about us is that we are a safe place for customers with food allergies, specifically gluten. A lot of our stuff is vegan as well.”
