Seasonal Yoga Retreats in the Adirondacks

Yoga in the Adirondacks (YITA)—a yoga shala located at The Divine Acres, a private, sustainable family farm located within in the Adirondack Park—is offering three upcoming seasonal yoga retreats: Spring Renewal, from March 22 through 24, 2024; Spring into Summer, from June 21 through 23, 2024; and Autumn Transformation, from September 20 through 22, 2024.

“During our seasonal retreats, where yoga embraces nature, participants have the opportunity—through safe space at The Divine Acres—to tune in to an individual and collective practice. Our beautiful home, nestled in the forever wild Adirondack Park, offers an ideal setting for self-realization,” shares yoga instructor Rhodella Hughes, E-RYT 500, YACEP, who owns and operates the shala and farm along with her husband.

“We bring forward within each season, in the current moment, light to find the courage to seek within ourselves the seed of change for new beginnings using our potential. Yoga can bring us growth, peace and gratitude as we remember the beauty and majesty in it all,” affirms Hughes.
YITA also offers weekly yoga practices. There is a Morning Flow class at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays and a Yoga Nidra class at 4 p.m. on Thursdays. Private, family and group practices are also available.
