Joanna Benedetto, a New York state licensed massage therapist and member of the American Massage Therapy association, is the newest member of the Village Acupuncture and Health team in Mount Kisco. In addition to her work as a massage therapist, Benedetto has been teaching and training as an equestrian for more than 20 years. 

“Life as an equestrian or athlete in any sport can take it’s toll on the body,” says Benedetto. “The techniques and treatments I use with my clients have not only improved their ability to perform but have also improved the length of time in which they can be active. That, to me, is the greatest gift.”   

Benedetto offers many different massage treatments, including sports massage, deep tissue, Swedish, stretching sessions hot stone massage. Her sessions can help clients to improve their range of motion, strength, and performance in any sports or activities they choose to pursue.
