All Sport Health and Fitness, a Hudson Valley fixture for more than 30 years, has opened Elevate Yoga & Barre Studio, a new, state-of-the-art fitness space in the New Hackensack Plaza in Wappingers Falls, NY. According to its owners, the mission of Elevate is to provide “a unique, intimate mind-body experience in a supportive, inspiring and comfortable environment.”

The studio focuses primarily on yoga, along with barre and Pilates, all taught with particular attention to detail and alignment. Elevate Studio is also home to the only Yoga Wall in the area, with classes that use specialized wall straps to help stretch and support, enabling students to experience a variety of beneficial yoga poses. Elevate instructors are all nationally certified and highly experienced; many have more than 500 hours of training. 

All classes at Elevate are open to the public (no All Sport membership is necessary), with a variety of pricing options. The class schedule caters to all levels, from beginner to advanced; the first class is always complimentary. Classes are offered seven days a week, with morning, evening and weekday options to accommodate any schedule.
